When I try to get into the File Submission System it says:

Login failed: Missing required data.

I'm wondering if this is because the drop down menu for the class won't let me select anything?

Ah, an important point (that I omitted, alas) is that it won't work with Internet Explorer.  We don't know why but Explorer does not seem to play well with others.
